Columbus Foraging Class
Embrace the cold and join Cook Forage Feast for an edible plant walk within 20min of Columbus, Ohio! We will learn how to identify 4 edible plants in the winter, to set you up for sustainable and legal foraging in the coming months.

Tree to Table | Maple Syrup Making Demo | Day 2
Gather round the campfire for a fun and informative maple syrup-making experience! In this hands-on session, you'll learn how to identify maple trees in the winter time, taste-test fresh sap and syrup, and watch the syrup-making process unfold from start to finish. Our instructors will guide you through the steps as you experience the magic of turning sap into liquid gold. Enjoy a sweet maple treat and beverage from Chef Lorenzo of Cook, Forage, Feast as you immerse yourself in this sweet, seasonal tradition. Perfect for those looking to explore the art of maple syrup making and enjoy a cozy, interactive evening outdoors!

Benefit Dinner for Sunbury Urban Farm
Join Cook Forage Feast for a Foraged to Table Experience benefiting Sunbury Urban Farm. The evening will start with a silent auction of local goodies curated with the natural and local food lover in mind. Chef Lorenzo and his team will create a locally sourced and foraged, 5 course meal, accompanied by drink pairings by the team at Hiraeth. There will be educational food related speakers and opportunities to connect with food producers and farmers throughout the evening.
All ticket sales will be donated to Sunbury Urban Farm to support their nature and food education programs.
The event is December 14th from 5:00pm - 9:30pm at 36 east Lincoln Street in Columbus Ohio
